The 1st Birthday Party!

We celebrated the kids' first birthday a week late because of some scheduling conflicts; I don't think they knew the difference! We decided to keep it "small" with just family and a few friends that they actually play with on a pretty regular basis. But there was swimming, a bounce house and the ball pit. The ball pit was our big present to the kids - and it was a great one. They love it!! They got lots of other good presents from their friends too. No, they did not get real cupcakes. I made (well actually my mom made) them some muffins and iced them with whipped cream. Price did not care for them, so Charis ate hers and his both! It was extra special because their great-grandparents (my grandparents) got to be there too! Happy Birthday, babies - I can hardly believe it has been a whole year!!
